
Job Description
We are recruiting an IT Help Desk Expert to support company users in helpdesk issues and to guide the ERP users in troubleshooting unforeseen, ad-hoc cases. ● Provide daily first-level User support. ● Escalate unfixed support requests to the appropriate second service level. ● Create new users, reset passwords, and edit user properties. ● Support finance department in GL extraction, report preparation, etc. ● Act as ERP Administrator and data entry as required. ● Perform and oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades. ● Manage the installation of PC desktops, PC laptops, printers, tablets, scanners, and any other IT devices. ● Investigate, recommend and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability. ● Ensure all processes and software are fully compliant with Nestle IT standards. ● IT asset management within a defined budget. ● PCs audit check and PCs systems and security monitoring. ● Contribute to any new IT projects. ● Mediator to users and 3rd party vendors for system-related consumables. ● Manage incidents in the IT infrastructure area, and ensure that they are properly escalated.
Requirements
● Full knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel. ● Fluent with system extractions and the development of Excel reports. ● Full knowledge of IT hardware. ● Ability to configure and resolve computer peripheral malfunction issues. ● Knowledge of network security systems. ● Ability to provide technical training to end-users. ● Familiarity with ERP and Integrated System Applications. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT-related fields. ● 2 years of experience in IT. ● Multi-task.
