Job Description

  • Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows services and supervising hardware installations.
  • Installing, testing, and configuring new workstations, related equipment, and software.
  • Managing PC setup and deployment for new employees.
  • Assisting enterprise software (Active Directory, e-mail, anti-virus, network, accounts).
  • Managing user accounts, permissions, email, and Anti-virus.
  • Assigning users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory.
  • Performing timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
  • Maintaining documentation, such as; network diagrams, typologies, computer assets, etc.
  • Managing all system back-up and restore systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or IT.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an IT helpdesk.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, is mandatory
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Responsible and accurate.
  • Ability to communicate positively and effectively with colleagues.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Active and dynamic.
  • Interested in learning.
