Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented key account manager to join our team at Adorateb. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, organizing sales promotion programs, coordinating sales and marketing efforts with suppliers and affiliated centers, monitoring sales performance, and analyzing competitors’ activities to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Adorateb pharmacy locations to monitor drug inventory levels.
- Maintain effective, continuous communication and hold meetings with the scientific team.
- Foster direct, ongoing communication and hold meetings with the Adorateb sales team.
- Provide coaching and training to supervised staff, offering effective solutions.
- Conduct double visits with the Key Account Specialist.
- Oversee the development and presentation of Action Plans for key customers.
- Manage stock levels for key pharmacies.
- Oversee the creation and presentation of monthly sales plans for Adorateb.
- Monitor the preparation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for key clients.
- Collect and analyze competitor information, including market share and sales performance.
- Ensure continuous follow-up on pharmaceutical sales, maintaining contact with pharmacy managers to increase sales.
- Actively participate in relevant seminars and conferences within the Cobel Darou group and
- other relevant external events.
- Lead and manage teams with a focus on motivation, individual development, and productivity enhancement.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
- Develop and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to achieve organizational goals.
