We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented key account manager to join our team at Adorateb. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, organizing sales promotion programs, coordinating sales and marketing efforts with suppliers and affiliated centers, monitoring sales performance, and analyzing competitors’ activities to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Supervise Adorateb pharmacy locations to monitor drug inventory levels.
Maintain effective, continuous communication and hold meetings with the scientific team.
Foster direct, ongoing communication and hold meetings with the Adorateb sales team.
Provide coaching and training to supervised staff, offering effective solutions.
Conduct double visits with the Key Account Specialist.
Oversee the development and presentation of Action Plans for key customers.
Manage stock levels for key pharmacies.
Oversee the creation and presentation of monthly sales plans for Adorateb.
Monitor the preparation and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for key clients.
Collect and analyze competitor information, including market share and sales performance.
Ensure continuous follow-up on pharmaceutical sales, maintaining contact with pharmacy managers to increase sales.
Actively participate in relevant seminars and conferences within the Cobel Darou group and
other relevant external events.
Lead and manage teams with a focus on motivation, individual development, and productivity enhancement.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with strong collaboration and coordination skills.
Develop and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to achieve organizational goals.
