Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented key account specialist to join our team at Adorateb. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients, encouraging them to expand their engagement with our products, and driving overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the inventory of AdoraTeb’s products in pharmacies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Drive sales activities and work to increase market share for AdoraTeb’s products in key pharmacies.
- Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with the scientific team through regular meetings and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Oversee stock management in key pharmacies to ensure consistent product availability.
- Prepare and present monthly sales plans for relevant products within the designated region.
- Gather competitor intelligence and analyze their market share and sales performance.
- Consistently follow up on product sales, working with pharmacy managers to ensure increased sales.
- Actively participate in relevant seminars, congresses, and events both within the organization and externally.
Requirements:
- Selling and negotiation skills.
- In-depth pharmaceutical knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in direct sales to pharmacies.
- Effective communication skills and negotiation proficiency.
- Confidence and public speaking skills in meetings and negotiations.
- Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong internet research skills.
