We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented key account specialist to join our team at Adorateb. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building strong, long-lasting relationships with our key clients, encouraging them to expand their engagement with our products, and driving overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the inventory of AdoraTeb’s products in pharmacies to ensure adequate stock levels.
Drive sales activities and work to increase market share for AdoraTeb’s products in key pharmacies.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with the scientific team through regular meetings and effective communication.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align sales strategies and objectives.
Oversee stock management in key pharmacies to ensure consistent product availability.
Prepare and present monthly sales plans for relevant products within the designated region.
Gather competitor intelligence and analyze their market share and sales performance.
Consistently follow up on product sales, working with pharmacy managers to ensure increased sales.
Actively participate in relevant seminars, congresses, and events both within the organization and externally.
Requirements:
Selling and negotiation skills.
In-depth pharmaceutical knowledge.
Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical market.
At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in direct sales to pharmacies.
Effective communication skills and negotiation proficiency.
Confidence and public speaking skills in meetings and negotiations.
Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
