Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement the learning and development strategy aligned with Alef Holding’s business goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments and sites (Tehran, Qom, Damavand) to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Create and manage annual training plans and L&D budgets.
  • Develop and deliver leadership, technical, and soft skills training programs in partnership with internal experts and external providers.
  • Implement and monitor e-learning platforms, workshops, coaching sessions, and on-the-job training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and report insights to senior management.
  • Promote a learning culture across Alef Holding companies by supporting career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee onboarding programs to ensure the smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Manage the L&D team and external trainers/vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through targeted training and development interventions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to training and employee development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management, preferably in large organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, e-learning systems, and development frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs across multi-site operations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • Fluent in Persian; proficiency in English is an advantage.
