Job Description

  • Assist and facilitate training processes. Act as liaison between HR and training vendors.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, and file maintenance.
  • Prepare a training calendar according to the DNA.
  • Implement the training courses based on the calendar.
  • Monitor the progress of the training calendar.
  • Succession planning and IDP preparation for successors.
  • Update the Idea software.
  • Find qualified vendors and negotiate with them on conducting high-quality training based on the business need.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses (3 levels).
  • Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements for each employee.
