Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Design engaging instructional materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on their professional development journey.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Manage budgets and resources allocated for training and development activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields, preferably Industrial Engineering.
  • Three years experience in HR/L&D supervisory levels.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to develop innovative training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and metrics.
