Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields, preferably Industrial Engineering.
- Three years experience in HR/L&D supervisory levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to develop innovative training methodologies.
- Proficiency in assessing training effectiveness and metrics.
