Reviewing, commenting, and drafting different types of contracts in English and Persian.
Assisting the legal department in a variety of legal issues including inter alia, drafting memos, drafting documents, letter writings, etc.
Providing legal advice and counsel on various types of legal inquiries containing legal risks and consequences for the company.
Providing required monthly and quarterly reports of the department's activities.
Organizing, maintaining, and updating contracts database and archive, utilizing electronic tools as directed for such goal.
Supporting legal and compliance project coordination.
Assisting with all required legal communications and internal and external interactions.
Preparing training materials on legal issues for the company’s staff.
Keeping up with current changes in all relevant areas of laws and ensuring compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities.
Preparing and filing compliance monthly and quarterly reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Law.
At least 1 year of experience in the legal department of companies and specifically experience in contract review.
Fluency in both written and spoken English in both general and legal contexts.
Ability to work on tight deadlines, time management skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team at various levels of seniority.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
