Summary:

The main focus of the Account Lead is to formulate strategic account plans tailored to the Near Patient Care market to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base within the distribution network.

The account lead reports to the head of sales and marketing.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key clients (HCPs. Clinics, Hospitals) through well-designed visit plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within existing distributor accounts to ensure revenue targets are met and exceeded. Defining relevant commercial activities to manage the market reaction to NIMA rate impact to prevent any sales drop.
  • Provide comprehensive support to distributors, including training, product information, and marketing materials, to enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities, and to stay informed on the latest advancements in the Near Patient Care market.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and forecasts on distributor performance, sales, and market trends to internal stakeholders using key account metrics.
  • Design and implement related marketing campaigns and activities to increase awareness and develop the loyalty level of the stakeholders.

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or specialized training in IVD is a plus.
  • You have proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a relevant sales role within the medical devices industry. Experience in distributor management is highly preferred.
  • You have excellent customer service orientation and a proven ability to manage distributor relationships effectively.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • You are well experienced in launching new products and establishing marketing plans accordingly.
  • You have good problem-solving capability and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You are fluent in English and Farsi language in both spoken and written.
