Job Description
Reporting to Group HR Director will achieve:
- To contribute to the design and delivery of organizational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organization’s strategic and operational plans.
- To design and maintain the company’s performance management framework and oversee the performance of individual employees or groups.
- To manage, prioritize, align, and enable the implementation of organization design-related projects and initiatives for the company.
- To advise on optimizing organizational structure to ensure the rightsizing of the company.
- To oversee the organizational structure change process and ensure its alignment with OD principles and standards.
- To conduct organizational analysis and diagnostics and propose any improvement actions.
- To analyze the current operational procedures, and identify areas for improvement within an organization.
- To promote a high-performance culture across the company by maintaining the overall framework and designing and implementing any needed cultural activities.
- To provide focus and alignment between the organization’s goals and the employee’s job.
- To link team/individual performance to rewards and define related policies.
- To collaborate on the process of workforce planning, career path and job enrichment design, and defining related policies.

- At least 5 years of experience in a senior and relevant position in a related industry.
- Experience working in a medium to large organizations.
