Job Description
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Facilitate change management efforts, including communications and training.
- Design and implement performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals.
- Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience in organization development.
- Time management, creative thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with human resources maturity models such as PCMM, and Philips.
- Getting to know the strategy extraction models, values, vision, and mission of the organization.
- Familiarity with organizational structure development and design models such as TW GGS.
- Familiarity with job description compilation models such as Hay, and Dacum.
- Familiarity with business evaluation models such as Mercer 3P, and TW.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation methods such as OKR, and MBO.
- Familiarity with new methods of facilitating development and learning in the organization such as mentoring, coaching, and gamification.
- Ability to work with digital tools and HRMS content management systems.
- Project planning and control approach.
