Job Description

  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate change management efforts, including communications and training.
  • Design and implement performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals.
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in organization development.
  • Time management, creative thinking, and effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with human resources maturity models such as PCMM, and Philips.
  • Getting to know the strategy extraction models, values, vision, and mission of the organization.
  • Familiarity with organizational structure development and design models such as TW GGS.
  • Familiarity with job description compilation models such as Hay, and Dacum.
  • Familiarity with business evaluation models such as Mercer 3P, and TW.
  • Familiarity with performance evaluation methods such as OKR, and MBO.
  • Familiarity with new methods of facilitating development and learning in the organization such as mentoring, coaching, and gamification.
  • Ability to work with digital tools and HRMS content management systems.
  • Project planning and control approach.
