Job Description

Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Facilitate change management efforts, including communications and training.
Design and implement performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals.
Analyze data and create reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization is aligned with its mission and goals.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization and help it adapt to changes in the market and industry.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
At least 3 years of work experience in organization development.
Time management, creative thinking, and effective communication skills.
Familiarity with human resources maturity models such as PCMM, and Philips.
Getting to know the strategy extraction models, values, vision, and mission of the organization.
Familiarity with organizational structure development and design models such as TW GGS.
Familiarity with job description compilation models such as Hay, and Dacum.
Familiarity with business evaluation models such as Mercer 3P, and TW.
Familiarity with performance evaluation methods such as OKR, and MBO.
Familiarity with new methods of facilitating development and learning in the organization such as mentoring, coaching, and gamification.
Ability to work with digital tools and HRMS content management systems.
Project planning and control approach.
