Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights for HR teams.
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify patterns and trends in employee data.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify key performance indicators and metrics for measuring HR effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of data related to processes, systems, strategies, and other relevant HR areas.
• Provide scheduled, ad hoc reporting and comprehensive reports and data related to human capital to the HR department and external requesters.
• Provide recommendations for improving HR processes and practices based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in people analytics and HR technology.
• Manage and analyze employee surveys related to HR, including design, implementation, and analysis.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance processes and improve employee experience.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related field.
• Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and understandably.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, R, and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, metrics, and best practices.
• Age range: 22 to 35 years old.
• Gender preference: Male/Female.
• An end-of-service card is mandatory for men.
• English: Upper-Intermediate.
