Job Description

  • Lead the product and business planning process across the company's cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an investment and build vs. buy perspective.
  • Evaluate competitors' current offerings, look for opportunities for differentiation.
  • Analyze product requirements and create appropriate plans to ensure they are successful.
  • Develop, implement and maintain Production timelines across multiple departments.
  • Evaluate new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
  • Execute all product life cycle processes for products, including product research, market research, analysis and lead competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final product development by engineering teams.
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue and capital.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product goals for Effective marketing communications plans.
  • Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales teams in product development, QA, and release and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
  • Implement various methodologies in Product and product development timeline definition.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing product and agile teams.
  • Strong experience in a dynamic product management role.
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  • Prior experience delivering detailed product marketing strategies. 
  • Previous software and web development experience.
  • Mastery of scheduling and project management concepts (Scrum, Agile, XP, etc).
  • Ability to determine execution tasks and principles of software engineering.
  • Deep understanding and experience of web and mobile technologies, modeling and evolution of user experience.
  • Ability to analyze digital technology for product development in the technical team.
  • Ability to manage and lead the product and technical team and respond to stakeholders.
  • Mastery of software architecture and multi-layer programming.
  • Mastery of documentation, proposal writing and related tools.
  • Mastery of algorithm design.
  • Ability to manage the front team and back-end.
  • Ability to understand and solve the problem.
  • Negotiating power.
