To load supplier-generated packing and IMEI files into the ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for operational processes load the Packing files and IMEI files generated by Supplier to ERP
To follow the confirmation invoice to start the payment.
To update the Warehouse team on the completion of packing and IMEI file uploads, enabling the continuation of the sales process.
To test modems before selling to marketing for each POs and send the serials and IMEIs to Hamta for adding to valid IMEI DB.
To be updated on the new changes related to the product (modems and TD range) and to perform the complete test until the final approval.
To create dummy IMEIs in production to support ITS and the network.
To implement the process of damaged modems from A to Z.
To investigate and resolve product complaints coming from CR, MTNI stores, distributors, and legal departments (change status of IMEIs, registering on other MSISDNs, bundling issues, etc.)
To support management in reviewing the stock flows from suppliers to the channels.
To ensure stock availability for modems and TD SIMs, time delivery is ensured, and the impacts are followed.
To monitor stock in a channel for each dealer and provide performance reports for each supplier to approve new modem requests based on this report.
To provide weekly damage and specify the volume of sales report of each product for evaluating supplier and decide for next purchasing for Board.
To implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of procurement and distribution processes for broadband devices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Marketing, Communications) or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in GSM telecommunication.
Experience in a large customer service-oriented start-up organization will be a distinct advantage.
