Job Brief Description:
- Answer and Direct Calls: Handle company phone lines professionally and courteously.
- Office and Kitchen Supplies Management: Oversee supplies under the supervision of the Office Manager.
- Voucher Reports and Item Distribution: Prepare reports and facilitate the distribution of items.
- Purchase Requests and Payment Follow-ups: Raise purchase requests (PRs) and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
- Supervision: Supervise Teaboys and Couriers.
- Administrative Assistance: Assist with tasks such as copying, faxing, and note-taking.
- Insurance Management: Prepare and maintain the complementary insurance list accurately.
- Medical Document Handling: Receive and deliver medical documents to the insurance agent.
- Item Distribution: Distribute monthly packs and other items to employees' addresses.
- Record Management: Accurately record and manage incoming and outgoing office items.
Requirements:
- Education: At least a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Time Management: Good time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Outlook, Internet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service attitude.
