Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing the hiring process, updating procedures, supervising the team, and tracking metrics.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Responsible for building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites, providing opportunities and benefits via each recruitment channel.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying the job description.
  • Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging the time of applicants and line managers, interviewing lodging, and escorting applicants to interviews.
  • Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Participate in negotiation and offer process, ensuring selected candidates accept job offers.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics.
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques.
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
