Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Management:

• Collect and manage sales data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for data analysis and reporting.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management and sales teams.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs.
• Identify areas of underperformance and work with sales teams to develop corrective actions.
• Track the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the sales team with data-driven insights to enhance their performance.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes.
• Implement best practices for data management and analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or in a related field; MBA graduates; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a sales or marketing environment.
• Proven experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• High communication skills both in English and Farsi.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective report-writing skills.
