Responsible for developing Danone’s channel strategy including clarity on the outlet universe and defining the optimum RTM and specific Danone portfolio by channel.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leveraging insights by channel to identify best-fit growth spaces/levers for the customer.
Engages with customers at a senior level to present tailored growth Stories and collaborates with customers to build the category plan.
Provides customer-specific insights and recommendations on range and merchandising, using analysis from multiple sources, using the category growth story levers to tell a compelling story. Implements the category picture of success.
Develops the customer selling rationale for all PRGM recommendations to enable Sales to sell in the plans and leads the forecasting/measurement of the P&L impact of the plans.
Develops and monitors the execution of the promotional plan.
Leads and prepares channel and customer base promotion strategy.
Monitors and drives the forecasting accuracy, coordinating with the regional sales team.
Manages trade fund for the brand.
Develops key input to innovation forecast.
Leads all budgets to achieve turnover, USG, and UVG of the total company.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales-oriented and business development role with a deep knowledge of the assigned market with at least 6 years of managerial experience.
