Job Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and sales team dynamics.
  • Leverage advanced analytics and AI to predict customer behavior, optimize sales processes, and personalize interactions.
  • Develop scalable, structured training programs to ensure sales reps have industry and product knowledge.
  • Identify sources of value and determine optimal channels and customer targets.
  • Design and implement a structured sales enablement framework that includes strategies, processes, tools, and metrics.
  • Assess the sales team’s capacity and shortcomings, and provide appropriate tools and enablement strategies.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on price, promotions, mix, trade terms, and other factors.

Requirement:

  • Strong understanding of the food and beverage market in Iran.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in (FMCG) industry.
