Job Description
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and sales team dynamics.
- Leverage advanced analytics and AI to predict customer behavior, optimize sales processes, and personalize interactions.
- Develop scalable, structured training programs to ensure sales reps have industry and product knowledge.
- Identify sources of value and determine optimal channels and customer targets.
- Design and implement a structured sales enablement framework that includes strategies, processes, tools, and metrics.
- Assess the sales team’s capacity and shortcomings, and provide appropriate tools and enablement strategies.
- Identify growth opportunities based on price, promotions, mix, trade terms, and other factors.
Requirement:
- Strong understanding of the food and beverage market in Iran.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proven experience in (FMCG) industry.
