Job Description:

  • Conduct market research and gather detailed information on customers within the Life Sciences industry (Pharmaceuticals, Food, Nutrition and Health, Personal Care, etc.).
  • Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Drive growth in customer profitability and increase business volume.
  • Meet company-defined sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities, while retaining existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through regular meetings and constant engagement.
  • Collaborate with management to enhance overall business activities and performance.
  • Actively network, cold call, and cultivate relationships with clients, delivering world-class customer service.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and industry developments to better serve clients’ needs.
  • Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry and raw materials consumption.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and a high level of passion and energy for sales.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player who is also highly analytical.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong understanding of import/export procedures.
  • Additional skills: strong numerical and planning capabilities, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and follow-through.
