Job Description
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM platform.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM system.
- Train and support the sales team in the effective utilization of the CRM platform.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, sales cycle length, and win rates.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and refine sales playbooks and best practices.
- Optimize sales workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support the sales team in accurate sizing, forecasting and planning.
- Analyze historical data and market trends to predict future sales performance.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure the smooth functioning of the CRM platform.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a business support department or sales analysis, business analytics, or a related role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
