Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts and customers.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities to increase sales.
  • Oversee the development of sales collateral, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Provide input for product development based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and progress updates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of managerial (sales and marketing) experience, preferably in the chemical/polymer industry.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B sales principles and practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
