Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify opportunities to increase sales.
- Oversee the development of sales collateral, catalogs, and other marketing materials.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide input for product development based on customer needs and feedback.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and progress updates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of managerial (sales and marketing) experience, preferably in the chemical/polymer industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Deep knowledge of B2B sales principles and practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
