We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to strengthen our client portfolio and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their advertising needs and offering customized solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with key decision-makers in corporate and brand organizations.
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
- Work closely with creative and media planning teams to align client needs with campaign deliverables.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising, media, or marketing services.
- Strong sales acumen with a history of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client goals and translate them into actionable advertising strategies.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle independently.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with ATL, BTL, and integrated marketing campaign structures.
- Experience working with major brand clients or within the agency landscape.
