Job Description
The sales planning analyst is responsible for supporting sales teams to achieve their targets by providing analytical & operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target setting and implementing all KPIs of the sales team to achieve the company's goals.
- Checking and approving the accuracy of mapping for all data in BI and related reports.
- Support the planning manager in developing a sales planning strategy by providing market analysis.
- Follow up on sales and operations actions that have a direct impact on the sales team.
- Support the planning manager in preparing the monthly Sales incentive report.
- Preparing and analyzing sales performance reports.
- Preparing inventory report.
- Preparing ad hoc reports and following the ad hoc sales projects.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, sales support, or related roles within a sales organization.
Skills:
- Advanced sales fundamentals and sales KPIs.
- Advanced Excel.
- Familiar with Power BI.
- Familiar with sales best practices, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
