Job Description

The sales planning analyst is responsible for supporting sales teams to achieve their targets by providing analytical & operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Target setting and implementing all KPIs of the sales team to achieve the company's goals.
  • Checking and approving the accuracy of mapping for all data in BI and related reports.
  • Support the planning manager in developing a sales planning strategy by providing market analysis.
  • Follow up on sales and operations actions that have a direct impact on the sales team.
  • Support the planning manager in preparing the monthly Sales incentive report.
  • Preparing and analyzing sales performance reports.
  • Preparing inventory report.
  • Preparing ad hoc reports and following the ad hoc sales projects.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in sales planning, sales operations, sales support, or related roles within a sales organization.

Skills:

  • Advanced sales fundamentals and sales KPIs.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Familiar with Power BI.
  • Familiar with sales best practices, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Teamwork skills.
