Job Description
- Organize and coordinate medical representatives’ schedules, plan work schedules and timetables, and plan, and implement an effective call plan.
- Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly medical representative performance and sales metrics.
- Organize and coordinate the medical representative's monthly mission.
- Prepare mission quarter plan according to sales, events, etc.
- Plan and build effective business relationships and regular visits with healthcare partners, doctors, customers, and distribution.
- Distribute samples to licensed practitioners.
- Keep informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area and main competitors' activities.
- Prepare an action plan and review it twice a year.
Requirements
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Veterinary, or Pharmacy.
- Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate scientific and medical product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
