Responsibilities:
- Extract, audit, and cleanse data to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data on the data platform.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to generate business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Design and develop key metrics, midtables, and dashboards to enhance performance, reduce costs, and support critical business decisions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis using statistical methodologies and create data models as needed.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new tools or technologies to improve data processes.
- Continuously enhance the agility and efficiency of data analysis practices.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL, PySpark, and Excel.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling.
- Familiarity with or fluency in Tableau is a plus.
- Experience with Platform/Cloud products is a plus.
