Job Description

  • Calculating SSO tax, payroll data, and benefits.
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information.
  • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave.
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Coordinating with HR admin and finance team to ensure correct employee data.
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
  • Following up on the loan requested by the employees and carrying out the tasks related to it.
  • Calculating matters related to employee settlement.

Qualification:

  • Familiar with “Rahkaran System” software.
  • At least 4 years of proven work experience as a payroll specialist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a relevant field/course.
  • Fluent with MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of Labour Law.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Excellent communication abilities with an aptitude for problem-solving.
