Job Description
- Calculating SSO tax, payroll data, and benefits.
- Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain and update payroll information.
- Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Coordinating with HR admin and finance team to ensure correct employee data.
- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
- Following up on the loan requested by the employees and carrying out the tasks related to it.
- Calculating matters related to employee settlement.
Qualification:
- Familiar with “Rahkaran System” software.
- At least 4 years of proven work experience as a payroll specialist.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a relevant field/course.
- Fluent with MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of Labour Law.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Excellent communication abilities with an aptitude for problem-solving.
