Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive People Experience (PX) strategy aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Employer Branding: Oversee the development and implementation of a strong employer brand strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Talent Acquisition Partnership: Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Change Management: Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing employee adoption.
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to measure the impact of PX initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR business partners, and employees.
- Event Leadership & Cultural Initiatives: Plan and execute high-profile internal events, workshops, and team-building initiatives to foster collaboration and morale.
- Advocate for organizational culture through workshops, storytelling, and championing company values.
- Onboarding & Training Programs: Innovate and refine the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Develop advanced training and development programs to upskill employees and nurture leadership capabilities.

Job Specification:
- Advanced degree (an MBA degree) in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on people experience, employee relations, and talent management.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to write delicious text on any topics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of social network tools, trends, etc.
- Skilled in using human resources information systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
