Job Description
In the HR department of HamrahTel Holding, we are looking for an accurate and dynamic teammate to help us in the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist (mostly non-tech positions).
You Have To:
- Follow end to end of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions.
- Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and their technical requirements.
- Perform background and reference checks.
- Prepare various analytical reports in the field of talent acquisition.
- Location: Jordan - Mellat Park.
- Working time and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 9 to 18.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong networking abilities.
- Manage the process with ATS.
