Identifying Hiring Needs: Collaborating with department managers and the HR manager to determine hiring requirements, draft job descriptions, and define necessary qualifications and skills for each role.
Managing the Recruitment Process: Overseeing all stages of talent acquisition, including job postings, application screening, resume reviews, and conducting HR interviews.
Exploring Talent Acquisition Channels: Utilizing various recruitment sources to identify and attract top talent.
Interview Process Management: Coordinating and scheduling interviews with internal teams, gathering feedback, and extending job offers to final candidates.
Developing and Maintaining a Candidate Database: Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Employer Branding: Supporting employer branding efforts by participating in talent acquisition events, networking, and collaborating with universities and other institutions.
Analytics & Reporting: Providing regular reports to HR leadership on recruitment metrics, performance indicators, and process optimization.
Onboarding Support: Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and successful integration of new hires into various teams.
Requirements:
At least three years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS systems.
Expertise in behavioral, situational, and competency-based interviews.
Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in recruiting for tech, FMCG, and retail industries.
