Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.
• Conduct data-driven research and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with senior management to align strategic initiatives with company objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and business cases for decision-making.
• Analyze the supply chain network using simulation and optimization modeling.
• Conduct feasibility studies for strategic initiatives and actions.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Recommend improvements based on performance analysis.
• Support long-term business planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze relevant data.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops.
• Maintain and optimize strategic planning tools and frameworks.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market dynamics.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy analysis, business consulting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
• Experience with strategic planning tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights.
• Critical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in financial modeling and business case development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Adaptability to dynamic business environments.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in analytical simulation and optimization studies in supply chain and logistics.
• Knowledge of analytical modeling tools such as FlexSim, AnyLogistix, or other related software is preferred.
