Job Description

  • To manage the implementation of learning management system, also exploit the use of related reports and analyzes.
  • To support design, implementation and delivery of learning development overall strategy.
  • To develop policy, process and procedure to implement talent development initiatives.
  • To manage vendor SLAs with outsourced partners to ensure agreed service levels would be achieved.
  • To drive training catalogue development and implementation for all MTNIrancell jobs.
  • To manage training need assessment for all employees in strategic and individual level.
  • To consult with line managers to ensure the right learning solution and delivery method has been chosen.
  • To source and verify new training providers and solutions, also track performance of the vendors.
  • To negotiate with training providers and suppliers on the provided services to ensure the best fit alignment to MTNIrancell L&D strategy.
  • To manage the training pay off and work place application of trainings that staff attends.
  • To provide input on forecasting training budget for all divisions and coordinate with them to develop the proper budget based on their needs.
  • To ensure a robust evaluation process is established and in place in order to ensure effective development programs.
  • To facilitate the design of new trainings internally and externally ensure proper system is in place to maintain the training databases as well as facilitation of training workflow.
  • To drive social/digital learning activities in organization and provide infrastructure to support the programs.
  • To verify the design of digital content to ensure its compliance with CI guide and L&D standard.

  • To promote learning and development best practices and provide development plan on the overall operation proactively.
  • To establish a robust framework as the development center of MTNIrancell leaders based on gaps identified through various behavioral and psychometric assessments and advise on development plans to ensure strength of leadership benchmark.
  • To design and drive leadership gaps analysis and consult with individuals and provide feedback on their leadership strengths, weakness and improvement areas.
  • To ensure proper system is in placed to maintain talent leadership profiling and its compliance.
  • To source and motivate leadership inspiring program like speaker and leadership campus and gathering.
  • To develop and maintain a leadership mentoring program to ensure all the managers within MTNIrancell receive proper support in terms of mentorship.
  • To monitor the effectiveness of leadership development program, and suggest improvement plan in organization level with collaboration of talent development team.
  • To design, develop and implement career management framework in order to deliver actions of staff’s ICDP (Individual Career Development Plan).
  • To provide consultancy to employees and managers on their career path.
