Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide solutions for customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions in our CRM.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday from 12 PM - 8:30 PM.

Requirements:

  • Native-level English skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time availability in Saadat Abaad.
