Position Summary:
The trade development executive working with distributors in Tehran as a link between Nestle and the distributor driving sales, distribution, and visibility.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Adherence to daily/weekly/monthly route visit plan.
- Nescafe hangers maintenance and refill.
- Availability report of PoS stores.
- Customer drop size comparison per customer with DRTM and share the result with the distributor.
- In-store checking of PoS guidelines and planogram.
- Customer complaint follow-up.
- Distribution review per area.
- Track competition sales and marketing activities in trade (new product, pricing, packaging changes, and all dynamics of trade).
What Will Make You Successful?
- Field sales experience in the food and beverage business.
- Merchandizing understanding and execution knowledge.
- Good time management plus a sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with groceries and distributor supervisors/managers.
- Standard computer skills are a must to generate reports (Excel).
- Ability to create highly visual PowerPoint documents.
