POSITION SNAPSHOT:

Location: Tehran /Iran;

Full-Time;

Position Summary:

The trade development executive working with distributors in Tehran as a link between Nestle and the distributor driving sales, distribution, and visibility.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Adherence to daily/weekly/monthly route visit plan.
  • Nescafe hangers maintenance and refill.
  • Availability report of PoS stores.
  • Customer drop size comparison per customer with DRTM and share the result with the distributor.
  • In-store checking of PoS guidelines and planogram.
  • Customer complaint follow-up.
  • Distribution review per area.
  • Track competition sales and marketing activities in trade (new product, pricing, packaging changes, and all dynamics of trade).

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Field sales experience in the food and beverage business.
  • Merchandizing understanding and execution knowledge.
  • Good time management plus a sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with groceries and distributor supervisors/managers.
  • Standard computer skills are a must to generate reports (Excel).
  • Ability to create highly visual PowerPoint documents.
