Job Description

The trade marketing manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing trade marketing strategies aligned with brand and company policies within Iran territory in both traditional trade and modern trade channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing a scalable training program and materials for new inside sales hires.
  • Effectively design and implement the sharing of best practices and resource allocation across all team components.
  • Assist in identifying, qualifying, and transferring target accounts to the sales team to generate revenue.
  • Develop and drive business planning and goal attainment.
  • Establish short and long-term strategies for generating and qualifying sales leads
  • Assist in identifying, qualifying, and transferring target accounts to the sales team to generate revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to establish a systemic approach to inbound and outbound lead generation that is aligned with sales goals and marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively design and implement the sharing of best practices and resource allocation across all team components.

Requirements:

Education:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Marketing.

Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in a sales-oriented and business development role with a deep knowledge of the assigned market with at least 5 years of management. experience.

Skills:

  • Planning and organizing and project management skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Excellent English.
