با توجه به سابقه این کارخانه و خطهای جامدات و تعدد محصولات، فضایی عالی برای کسب تجربه هست

متاسفانه فاقد واحد منابع انسانی و اداری کارآمد هست که به طور مستقیم روی فرهنگ محیط کار تاثیر گذشته و باعث ایجاد کوتوله پروری و عدم ایجاد فضای رشد بر اساس توانایی و دانش شده

It was an old company. Each process had a clear method or policy. Personnel respect each other.

Cons

Salary was not as equal as your responsibility. There were some unprofessional manager.
