Job Description

MFS company, a reputable Iranian designer and manufacturer of mechanical and Process Equipment and Process Skid Packages intends to establish companies in Istanbul – Turkey for two purposes:

  1. Procurement Services for Iran and the Middle East Market;
  2. Providing Engineering Services and Solutions and Fabrication of Process Packages for the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Refineries Market in the MENA region;

In this regard, we require a young, motivated, keen-to-learn staff who can take care of the below responsibilities and be in charge of the tasks mentioned here:

  • Resuming and following up company establishment with Lawyers and legal authorities and institutions and banks.
  • Collecting all company establishment documentation.
  • Establishing an office in Istanbul – the offices are available, yet internal design, decoration, furnishing, and providing the required infrastructure for a minimum of 4 staff shall be handled by the selected manager.
  • Arrangements for hiring staff and completing the operational and sales team in close cooperation with the main shareholders and owners.
  • Handling all financial activities according to Turkish laws either by him/herself or via a selected accountant including journal, general ledger, financial statements, income and VAT tax issues, and social security issues.
  • Preparing reports for shareholders and assigned direct managers as per agreed formats and intervals.
  • Executing market research and marketing tasks assigned by his/her manager
  • Referring to related state organizations, institutions, free and economic zones, and associations for receiving all permissions and certifications required for the activities and scope of work and supply of the established companies.
  • Finding reliable, knowledgeable consultants, freelancers and companies for specific services may be required.

Requirements:

  • Age range: 30 to 45 years old.
  • No gender preferences.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Full knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • At least three years of experience in similar fields and tasks (less experience can be reviewed).
  • Familiar with Turkish business and accounting principles, laws, and regulations.
  • Familiar with banking issues such as T/T transfer, cash, LC, commercial loans, corporate banking, and credits.
  • Familiar with export and import rules and regulations, customs clearance, and Declaration.
  • Familiar with companies’ establishment rules and regulations in Turkey.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
