Job Description

Time and calendar management: scheduling meetings, managing the manager's work calendar, setting appointments, and managing priorities.
Communication coordination: managing emails, answering phones, managing official correspondence (letters and emails) and managing communication with customers or business partners.
Organizing meetings: preparing the agenda, attending meetings for minutes of Meeting, and following up on decisions made at meetings.
Travel and logistics management: booking tickets, hotels, setting up business travel plans and preparing documents for travel.
Document management: archiving and organizing sensitive documents, preparing periodic reports and maintaining company confidentiality.
Executive support: coordination between different departments of the company to implement projects or management orders
