Roles:

  • Support managers in carrying out daily tasks.
  • Manage the schedule and plan meetings.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings and work appointments.
  • Handle correspondence and emails.
  • Prepare and arrange the required documents and reports.
  • Perform related administrative and clerical tasks.

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
