Antenna Development Center Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1- To provide advice and guidance on the research methodologies, design, and implementation of different types of antennas, especially wireless communication antennas.

2- To provide advice and guidance on the implementation, production, testing and measurement of different types of antennas, especially wireless communication antennas.

3- To research and analyze the telecommunication antenna systems from the technical point of view.

4- The applicant must possess the ability to handle and work with network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and other benchtop analysis tools.

5- Project documentation, excellent communication and teamwork will be an integral part of project assignments.

6- To estimate time, cost and efforts of the project with help of development team.

7- Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

8- Completes design and development projects by training and guiding production line.

9- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

10- To control and check company products and customer feedback to create an attractive and responsive experience for the users.

11- Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.

12- Streamline manufacturing processes, procedures and methodologies to improve product outcomes.

Experience:

1- At least 3 years of relevant experience in design and fabrication of different antennas.
2- Professional in working with related software, e.g. CST and HFSS.
3- Experience working in a medium organization
4- Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer, antenna engineer or similar role
5- Experience in antenna measurement methods.
6- Experience in telecom hardware team lead and project management.
7- The applicant must be able to propose antenna and prepare the associated design review report according to the system requirements.

Education: At least a Master degree in communication-field and wave engineering.
