Keep the sales forces well-informed through formal and informal communication regarding objectives, progress, and future action plans.
Provide comprehensive information and reports on performance and key customers to the line manager.
Ensure a complete understanding of the area sales budget with close monitoring of spending in line with company guidelines.
Analyze sales trends of company brands.
Control company collections and outstanding balances according to company policy.
Manage, analyze, and evaluate activity and pricing in comparison to competitors.
Ensure the adequate quality of services and coverage by the sales forces.
Identify and propose new business opportunities.
Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales by SKU and tonnage.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or in a related field; MBA graduates; a Master's degree is preferred.
Fluent in English, operations, marketing basics, and finance (P&L).
