Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market.
Ensure attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
Recognize the territory SWOT and prepare action plans by individuals as well as by teams for effective search of sales opportunities and prospects.
Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
Meet area sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of Sales objectives.
Develop sales strategies and set targets in each area.
Monitor the team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
Organize and execute sales presentations and present business reports.
Deal with more than one distributor and many branches.
Set individual sales targets for pharma reps. In each team as a whole.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management.
Good command of English.
At least 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
