Job Description

  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market.
  • Ensure attainment of company sales targets and profitability.
  • Recognize the territory SWOT and prepare action plans by individuals as well as by teams for effective search of sales opportunities and prospects.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Meet area sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of Sales objectives.
  • Develop sales strategies and set targets in each area.
  • Monitor the team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Organize and execute sales presentations and present business reports.
  • Deal with more than one distributor and many branches.
  • Set individual sales targets for pharma reps. In each team as a whole.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management.
  • Good command of English.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Based in Tehran.
