Job Description

  • Review and analyze sales trends and present and implement solutions.
  • Review and fully analyze the status of competitors.
  • Manage the sales team of representatives.
  • Visit cities and meet with company representatives.
  • Establish communication with strategic customers in each region and set up wholesalers and VIP customers.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Conduct training sessions.
  • Review and resolve problems of the representative, the representative's sales team, and the company's customers.
  • Follow up on the collection of company receivables.
  • Provide suggestions and comments to improve sales levels.
  • Conduct sales meetings.

Requirements:

  • Location: Kerman.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or Business Administration.
  • English: Intermediate.

Experience:

  • Three years of management experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to plan and set goals, as well as analyze data and create reports.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong reporting skills.
