Job Description
- Review and analyze sales trends and present and implement solutions.
- Review and fully analyze the status of competitors.
- Manage the sales team of representatives.
- Visit cities and meet with company representatives.
- Establish communication with strategic customers in each region and set up wholesalers and VIP customers.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Review and resolve problems of the representative, the representative's sales team, and the company's customers.
- Follow up on the collection of company receivables.
- Provide suggestions and comments to improve sales levels.
- Conduct sales meetings.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or Business Administration.
- English: Intermediate.
Experience:
- Three years of management experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to plan and set goals, as well as analyze data and create reports.
- Leadership skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong reporting skills.
